Data processing for the personnel selection process

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December 2018 on personal data protection and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD), we inform you that your personal data will be incorporated into the Processing Activities Record for which KCR MECHANICAL TECHNOLOGY, S.L. (hereafter KCR)  is the Controller, and it will be processed solely for the purpose of managing personnel selection processes. 

Your CV will be retained for the intended purposes for a maximum period of ONE YEAR, after which it will be destroyed.  The full confidentiality of your data is ensured during both processing and its subsequent destruction. In this regard, after the aforementioned period and if you wish to continue participating in the selection processes carried out by KCR,  we request that you resubmit your CV. If your professional profile is not of interest, your data will be destroyed immediately.

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the consent of the party concerned.

Data will not be transferred to third parties, except:

– to companies specialising in personnel selection processes.

–  in case of  legal obligation.

The transfer of data to third countries is not envisaged.

Rights: People interested in working with us must fill in this form and attach their CV. The sending of data  through the electronic forms on this website or email messages implies the consent of the sender, and expressly authorises the use of this means of communication with them.

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation on whether KCR is processing personal data concerning them, or not.

The persons concerned have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of incorrect data or, if applicable, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

In particular circumstances, the persons concerned can request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case it will only be retained for the exercise or defence of claims.

In particular circumstances and for reasons relating to their particular situation, the persons concerned can oppose the processing of their data. In this case KCR will cease to process the data, other than for compelling legitimate reasons or for the exercise or defence of possible claims.

You can exercise your rights in the following way:

– by email attaching a copy of your ID document to the address: comercial@kcrtechnology.es.  

– We will provide you with the corresponding forms to exercise these rights at the postal and/or email addresses indicated.

If you have given your consent for any specific purpose, you have the right to withdraw that given consent at any time, without it affecting the legality of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.

If you feel your personal data protection rights have been violated, especially when you have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of your rights, you can complain to the competent Control Authority for Data Protection through the website :www.agpd.es.
